In this regard, through your use of this application, TRGRP, Inc., d/b/a The Roberts Group (”TRG”) may learn certain information regarding the employees of the business for which you work (”Licensee”) including, without limitation, their names, addresses, telephone numbers and other personal information. In addition, TRG may learn certain information regarding vendors and third parties with whom Licensee conducts business. Finally, TRG may learn certain other confidential and proprietary information regarding Licensee. Such information is referred to as the “Information”. TRG shall use the Information provided to it only in connection with the provision of services by TRG on behalf of Licensee and as otherwise permitted pursuant to such agreements between TRG and Licensee.

TRG is dedicated to protecting Licensee’s privacy and providing it with the highest level of service. In furtherance thereof, TRG has implemented important procedures and practices designed to safeguard the privacy and security of the Information. TRG carefully manages all information of which it learns. TRG does not provide information to other companies for their own marketing purposes.

Protect and properly dispose of your account records.

OTHER AGREEMENTS
TRG and Licensee may have entered into other agreements regarding the privacy of the Information. In this regard, all agreements between TRG and Licensee must be reviewed in connection with TRG’s privacy actions.
