Quest v16.3 has a range of useful new features based directly on client feedback. These include:
- Ability to reorder and rename attachments
- Flag employees as VIP requestors
- Detect urgent keywords in the subject to flag requests as high priority
- See historical employee attributes (such as department) in reports
- Manually set your time zone
- Improved detection of comments and attachments which are too big to send via e-mail
- As well as numerous other enhancements, tweaks and fixes.

It is available immediately for installation for on-premise installation.
